Acronis Access Advanced 8.0 offers new features focused on increasing the security of shared data and complying with regulatory requirements. It also increases flexibility through integration with other mobile applications. New capabilities include editing files in a web environment using Microsoft Office Online, simultaneous document editing by multiple users, enhanced sharing using dedicated directories with independent access rights, support for Microsoft Intune Mobile Application Management (MAM), enabling application management with any MDM solution, and ZIP archive creation features within iOS applications. Scuderia Toro Rosso, a Formula 1 team, uses Acronis Access Advanced to share confidential telemetry data and development documents among its manufacturing facility, trackside technical staff and subcontractors. “With Acronis Access Advanced, we have full control over our data. We can monitor information flows and even wipe a stolen laptop, tablet or mobile phone so that unauthorized persons cannot access the content. This is how we share sensitive data,” said **Raffaele Boscheti, IT manager of the Scuderia Toro Rosso team**. The Acronis Access Advanced solution is also used by the US Air Force Combat Command A4 headquarters, which performs military aircraft maintenance. Using this tool has dramatically reduced the overhead costs of managing electronic documents through remote control and tracking data on mobile devices. Acronis Access Advanced simplifies the management of shared data while meeting the strictest requirements for secure file sharing. It also eliminates risks associated with using public file synchronization and sharing services, such as the inability to choose the location of data storage or monitor user activity. It meets the needs of modern companies for secure file access and synchronization, as demonstrated by a 200% year-over-year increase in sales of this solution. **Key features** - Access from mobile, web and desktop clients - Encryption on the device and during data transfer - Editing in Mobile Office and PDF annotations - Web-based editing of Office-format files using MS Office Online - iOS document extensions for viewing, editing and saving from other mobile applications - Remote locking and wiping of the mobile application - Integration with leading MAM platforms from MobileIron, BlackBerry, Microsoft and others **New features in Acronis Access Advanced 8.0** - Secure editing of sensitive documents with Microsoft Office Online without having to download them to the endpoint device - Collaborative document editing - Microsoft Intune MAM independence from MDM support - Greater flexibility in directory sharing and synchronization - Ability to create ZIP archives in Acronis Access in the iOS environment “Mobile file access, synchronization and sharing are an integral part of every business.
