Under the agreement, 5nine will become a wholly owned division of Acronis. 5nine offers end-to-end cloud solutions for Hyper-V and the first and only exclusively agentless, multi-layered security solution for Hyper-V and Azure. Its innovative, powerful, and easy-to-use software helps reduce costs, increase productivity, and eliminate security risks. Acronis will integrate 5nine technology into its Acronis Cyber Platform, making it available through its Acronis Cyber Cloud Solutions portal. The 5nine solution will enable managed service providers (MSPs) and IT organizations to simplify cloud service optimization, expand their business, and manage their customers’ needs.
