The new **data notarization** and **electronic signature** capabilities enable MSP providers to strengthen their business collaboration services. As 88% of organizations sent at least some of their employees to work from home in response to the pandemic, demand for file sharing and synchronization services has grown significantly over the past 18 months. As a result, 67% of businesses increased spending on remote access and online conferencing tools. This proved to be a major opportunity for those MSP providers able to deliver sharing services while ensuring secure control over data storage, data access, and individual user permissions. The **File Notarization** service, powered by the Ethereum blockchain, enables clients to verify the origin of a file in any format or type and prove that the file is original and unaltered. In today's world, where we are witnessing digital editing and deep-fake methods, the notarization service prevents unauthorized modifications to logs, records, videos, or images. The **Electronic Signature** service enables multiple parties to sign documents remotely. With a simple drag-and-drop feature, the document workflow can be streamlined from creation through distribution to signing. To ensure the authenticity of the signature and document, the service generates a blockchain certificate. “It is becoming increasingly clear that remote work will remain a major trend in the future, and MSP providers will need to ensure that their customers' employees use corporate data productively and securely,” said **Jan-Jaap Jager, Chief Revenue Officer at** **Acronis**. “Unlike traditional file-sharing solutions, the enhanced Advanced File and Sync Share offers seamless integration capabilities with cybersecurity and data protection services from a single central console.” Learn more about Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud [here.](https://www.zebra.cz/produkt/cyber-protect-cloud/) Learn more about Advanced File Sync and Share [here](https://www.acronis.com/en-us/products/cloud/cyber-protect/file-sync-and-share/).
