New features in version 24.10 include: - **Public API for EDR.** MSSP and MSP partners can now easily deploy Acronis EDR in their environments and integrate existing MDR services. The API enables integration with technologies such as SOAR and tools for case management, incident analysis, response management, workflow automation, and reporting. - **Public API for Acronis Disaster Recovery.** The API for Acronis Disaster Recovery enables integration with third-party MSP tools such as RMM, PSA, and RPA to automate DR testing, failover, runbooks, and reporting. Key scenarios supported by the API include retrieving disaster recovery readiness status, accessing detailed recovery server information, managing server RTOs and RPOs, and launching test failovers. This flexible tool increases control over disaster recovery processes and ensures more efficient operations through API integration. - **macOS 15 support.** With Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud, partners can now extend their backup, anti-malware protection, endpoint protection, and file synchronization and sharing services to devices running macOS 15 Sequoia. - **Easily scalable ticket mapping to ConnectWise PSA and Autotask PSA.** MSPs can now eliminate information noise and configuration issues that may arise when operating multi-service platforms.
