All surveyed resellers now recommend that their customers **back up at least every day, preferably more often**, and they are also seeing increasing interest in moving backups to the SaaS model. Over the past two years, many organizations have had to strengthen their IT infrastructure and rely more heavily on online processes. Cyber attackers are taking advantage of this, attacking critical infrastructure and data more frequently and potentially causing far greater damage than ever before. Organizations are trying to protect themselves against zero-day and other malicious attacks not only through more frequent backups, but also through more sophisticated cyber protection that integrates anti-malware, endpoint protection, vulnerability scanning and email protection. The most interesting survey findings: - 27% of resellers recommend continuous backups, 5% every hour and 68% every day. No partner recommends less frequent backups; - 65% of partners stated that backups are what their customers move most often to SaaS services. - Investment in cybersecurity is generally growing – according to 77% of partners, it has increased over the last 12 months, and according to a further 9% of partners, it has increased significantly.
