However, the benefits of Acronis solutions are not limited to motorsport; [state-of-the-art technology is now also being used by one of the best football teams in the world, London's Arsenal FC](https://www.acronis.cz/tiskove-zpravy/acronis-oznamil-technologicke-partnerstvi-fotbalovym-klubem-arsenal-fc/). ## Protecting valuable data Arsenal FC is one of the pioneers in using data in football and strives to improve the team's performance both on and off the pitch. Club managers understand that this data must be protected without compromise, which is why the partnership with Acronis was formed. As Arsenal FC's official data protection partner, Acronis helps the club manage its growing volume of data and ensures the continuity of the club's IT operations. “We are delighted to welcome Acronis to our family of official partners,” said **Vinai Venkatesham, Chief Commercial Officer of Arsenal Football Club**. “Acronis is a global leader in data backup, and its advanced technology will ensure secure and reliable data management across the entire club. We look forward to working together and supporting Acronis in its business plans.” Over the 15 years of the Swiss-Singaporean company's existence, Acronis technologies and data protection strategies have been perfected, enabling it to provide Arsenal with effective protection for all data, applications and systems, including the club's Microsoft OneDrive and Office 365 accounts. The football club's data is also protected against ransomware attacks, which are increasingly targeting backups to prevent easy recovery.
