The engaging form of education in virtual reality demonstrably increases training effectiveness and employee resilience against cyberattacks. The technology was supplied by **Pumpedu**, a ZEBRA SYSTEMS partner for the Company (Un)Hacked solution. MoLSA has its cybersecurity covered at a very high level in both hardware and software, but the human factor still presents a certain risk. MoLSA therefore takes a systematic and long-term approach to employee education. As part of its internal activities, it has created, among other things, a series of educational videos focused on cybersecurity. However, the ministry also wants to supplement education with methods that have a greater real-world impact on user behaviour. For this reason, MoLSA included Company (Un)Hacked virtual reality training in its programme. MoLSA acquired 10 virtual reality headsets and 400 Company (Un)Hacked licences. The solution enables training to be delivered over the course of one year, with the option of detailed result tracking. The administrator can see each participant's individual progress, and those who achieve a success rate of 70% or more receive a certificate of successful completion of the training. A specific challenge for MoLSA is the geographical distribution of employees at Labour Offices. The ministry is not concentrated in a single location, so it used a rotational model: 10 headsets gradually travelled to the regions, where they remained for approximately 14 days at a time. During this period, all selected employees could complete the training. This made it possible to ensure a uniform level of education without the need for trainers to be continuously present, while also maintaining a high level of engagement thanks to the attractive VR format. “The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs of the Czech Republic provides modern IT security and knows how to deliver modern education as well,” said **Ing. Jan Mikulecký, Ph.D., Director of the MoLSA Cybersecurity Department**. “Thanks to Pumpedu s.r.o., 400 of our IT specialists completed security training that has little in common with traditional presentations. MoLSA used virtual reality, allowing participants to practically try out key security scenarios in a fully simulated yet realistic 3D environment. This leads not only to better understanding, but above all to remembering procedures that can determine the security of the entire system in a real-life situation.” **Company (Un)Hacked** is a virtual reality cybersecurity training programme. Participants go through ten realistic scenarios in which, using the reverse-role method, they take on the role of a hacker and use the most common attacks against users. After completing the scenarios, the user receives detailed feedback. The goal is to change behaviour through a powerful personal experience, rather than merely through theoretical knowledge.
