Version 14 brings the ability to store all information associated with email in a single central repository, an easier transition to the new licensing model, and faster search. GFI Archiver 14 enables IT administrators to archive, store and search internal and external email, file attachments and calendar data in one central, secure repository. The new version also includes an easy transition to the new **GFI Unlimited** licensing model, enabling its use with 11 additional GFI Software products at no extra cost. Compared to the previous version 12, it is also up to twice as fast when searching both emails and file attachments. “If an important email message or file is lost or deleted, it can lead to a loss of business credibility and even financial losses,” said **Zdeněk Bínek, responsible for sales of GFI Software solutions in the Czech Republic and Slovakia**. “The GFI Archiver solution eliminates the consequences of potential loss of important data as well as its accidental or intentional alteration. Now, as part of the GFI Unlimited licensing model, it also makes it possible to cost-effectively add a mail server solution, its security and other enterprise network protection products.” GFI Archiver 14 offers the following key benefits: - **Instant access** to business-critical emails and their attachments from Outlook anytime and anywhere from a PC, tablet or smartphone, leading to increased employee productivity; - **Compliance with regulatory requirements** and minimization of the risk of failing to meet legal standards thanks to a complete archive of corporate emails and files that is resistant to unauthorized manipulation; - **Relief for the mail server and cost reduction** by maintaining a single centralized copy of emails\ and eliminating PST files; - **Identification of business issues** thanks to the MailInsights reporting module, which enables key data to be extracted from the archive on employee performance, sharing of large or inappropriate attachments, use of inappropriate expressions, leakage of sensitive data from the company, etc. GFI Archiver can also work with Office 365 applications, Google Apps and Windows Server email servers, including Hyper-V and VMware platforms.
