During the coronavirus epidemic, Czech and Slovak companies most frequently sought **VPN, authentication, or firewall solutions**, while they are currently concerned about increased IT security costs. Over the past few months, a large proportion of employees had to rely on remote work and began using some risky communication channels, such as public Wi-Fi networks and home routers. However, personal devices – especially PCs, but also tablets and smartphones – without the necessary security represent the greatest threat. Many companies, especially SMBs, could not afford to provide their employees with corporate, properly secured devices overnight, so employees in many companies still use personal computers at home. However, this increases the risk of attacks on key corporate systems and networks.
