The GDPR regulation aimed at strengthening the protection of European Union citizens' personal data will come into force in just one week, on May 25, 2018. The new licensing model offers businesses, for a single subscription affordable to most SMB companies, access to the complete software portfolio within GFI Unlimited. It currently includes 12 full-version software solutions for protecting enterprise networks and business communications. The subscription will provide Czech and Slovak organizations with immediate access to all the software tools they need to secure data in compliance with the GDPR regulation and meet other needs. GFI Software solutions can cover requirements particularly in the areas of data processing and protection. In the area of **data processing**, they offer a combination of **Kerio Connect** and **GFI Archiver**. By connecting the secure Kerio Connect mail server with the GFI Archiver archiving solution, organizations gain full control over corporate emails, attachments, files, conversations, etc., with the ability to archive them, search them quickly, and synchronize them with mailboxes. For GDPR requirements, this provides fast and granular access to authentic data and auditing capabilities in the event of a detected data breach. The area of **data protection** in compliance with GDPR requirements is handled by the **GFI LanGuard** solution supplemented by **GFI EventsManager**. GFI LanGuard uses tools such as network scanning, vulnerability assessment, and patch management to prevent security incidents.
