The company particularly appreciates the low acquisition and operating costs of the mail server, the user-friendly client, and the efficient administration of the solution. The Kerio Connect solution replaced the Microsoft Exchange server, mainly due to its price-to-functionality ratio. Within the Kerio Connect solution, Hannah uses not only the mail server functionality, but also runs the Kerio Connect Client email client at its branches. At headquarters, users use the Microsoft Outlook client program with the Kerio Plugin add-on for synchronizing offline content. The solution also enables access to emails via a web portal, which serves as a backup within the company in the event of a client application outage. In practice, Kerio Connect has proven to be a simple, easy-to-configure application with low acquisition and operating costs. By using Kerio Connect Client, the company did not need to purchase Microsoft Outlook licenses for its branches, resulting in significant cost savings. A major advantage is easy management for users, who can quickly, simply, and intuitively configure the necessary parameters and then devote themselves fully to their main work activities. From the perspective of solution administration, Kerio Connect is also very clear and efficient, and IT staff particularly appreciate its performance. “Kerio Connect primarily serves us as a simple, intuitive tool for deploying and setting up clients at branches, including all possible user settings,” said **Václav Šimkanin, IT Technician, Outdoor Concept, a.s.** “What I see as most important is seamless integration with the domain, because domain accounts are imported automatically.
