The newly launched multi-tenant platform for managing and automating Microsoft 365 environments, created for Microsoft Cloud Solution Providers (CSPs), enables the automation of provisioning, security, and management of all Microsoft customers, users, and licenses in one consolidated hub. As such, Cloud User Hub helps direct and indirect service providers simplify, streamline, and increase the profitability of their cloud business in the Microsoft environment. Spinpanel was founded in 2015 as a spin-off of an innovative direct CSP provider and is used by a growing number of Microsoft partners and IT organizations around the world. A significant majority of N-able partners also manage and/or resell Microsoft Cloud services to their customers in the small and medium-sized business segment. Cloud User Hub will help N-able partners address two major current challenges – labor shortages and the transition to the cloud – while helping partners better leverage Microsoft Cloud and increase value for their customers.
