These products have nothing to do with **SolarWinds MSP** solutions, so our MSP partners can rest assured that neither their managed services business nor the security of their customers will be affected in any way. As John Pagliuca, president of SolarWinds MSP, stated in his announcement, “based on our internal investigations, no evidence has been found that SolarWinds MSP products are in any way vulnerable to supply chain attacks.” However, as a preventive measure, SolarWinds MSP will further strengthen the security of its products with the help of external cybersecurity experts, which should lead to improved processes and management. In connection with this, the authenticity of SolarWinds MSP products will also be digitally recertified. All customers will be informed in detail about these and further steps.
