The enhancements primarily concern email, offering direct backup to the Microsoft 365 environment and email archiving in Microsoft 365. **Direct backup to Microsoft 365 storage** is a feature that enables high-frequency backup of Microsoft 365 applications and data directly to Microsoft 365 Backup Storage. The agentless solution, designed for MSPs and leveraging Microsoft’s native backup APIs, enables backups every 10 minutes and ensures rapid recovery at scale. Direct backup simplifies deployment, minimizes data loss, and enables faster recovery. **Email archiving for Microsoft 365** simplifies compliance with email regulations by leveraging e-discovery for clients of all sizes. The service offers powerful search and retention capabilities while ensuring fast, self-service user access and audit readiness. With Email Archiving, MSPs can now provide complete, natively integrated data protection, security, and management for Microsoft 365 through a single interface, alongside backup and recovery, email security, and other cybersecurity tools. Other new features in Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud include: - **DR: New monitoring widgets on the Disaster Recovery dashboard** provide real-time visibility into the status of primary and recovery servers. The new widgets make it easier to quickly identify and resolve issues while monitoring operations. They display detailed information on the number and status of servers in production and test modes, the status of primary servers, and the latest cloud server alerts categorized by severity. - **RMM: Simplified remote desktop provisioning –** configure remote desktop access in fewer steps thanks to a new contextual workflow that consolidates information on the same screen and enables seamless application of plans and session initiation. This enhancement improves the remote desktop experience and reduces troubleshooting time. - **EDR: Support for Linux workloads –** Acronis EDR now extends support to Linux, providing comprehensive threat detection and response in mixed environments. Suspicious files and processes are mapped to the MITRE ATT&CK framework, enabling security teams to detect, investigate, and remediate threats on Linux systems.
