# Opt-out preferences

## Your settings

Choose what the site may use. Necessary technology always runs.

- Necessary

  The site does not work without them: bot protection for forms (Cloudflare Turnstile) and remembering this choice in your browser.

  Always active
- Statistics\
  Google Analytics: an aggregate view of visits and how the site is used. We do not use the data for advertising.
- Marketing\
  HubSpot: measuring visits to our pages for marketing purposes, and the support ticket form for US customers, including its Google reCAPTCHA protection. Google Ads: measuring which of our ads led to an enquiry, and showing our ads to people who have visited the site (remarketing). HubSpot and Google set cookies for them and may also use the data for their own purposes. Loaded only with your consent.
- Expert chat\
  MyPersonas (IgniteTech, USA): an AI chat with our expert, loaded on our pages. It receives your IP address and whatever you type into it, and uses your camera or microphone only if you turn them on. Turn it off and the chat loads only when you open it yourself.
