Acronis Backup Cloud now integrated with LabTech remote management solution
The partnership will offer service providers time savings, fewer concerns for administrators, and proactive delivery of top-tier data backup services from the LabTech platform
Prague, June 27, 2016 – Acronis, a global leader in hybrid cloud data protection solutions, announced a partnership with ConnectWise, the developer of LabTech, a leading remote monitoring and management (RMM) platform. The partnership aims to deliver integrated backup and disaster recovery services. As a result, IT service providers using LabTech and Acronis Backup Cloud will be able to protect their customers’ endpoint devices through a single interface. They will thus be able to easily back up and protect any devices, including desktops and servers on premises and in the cloud, from the LabTech application.
Acronis Backup Cloud enables integration at both group and granular levels. Data protection features are therefore automatically available for all servers and workstations at any location, with no need to configure integration for each individual machine. IT service providers can easily select one or more servers or workstations in the LabTech application and readily make backup capabilities available to their customers. In addition, LabTech users can provide their customers with support throughout the entire backup cycle directly from the LabTech interface, without having to use the Acronis Backup Cloud console.
Additional benefits for service providers include:
- Easier creation and management of backups across different endpoint devices, including servers and workstations
- Control, monitoring, and reporting of all backup processes from the LabTech application
