Myr Communication manages PR communications for Acronis in the Czech Republic and Slovakia
PRAGUE – 6 January 2016 – Myr Communication, a Public Relations agency operating on the Czech market since 1997, has launched a PR campaign for Acronis, a leading global provider of backup, disaster recovery and secure access solutions. The aim of the communications is to strengthen the position of the Acronis brand and its visibility in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
“Users often become interested in data backup and secure access to information only when they lose their personal photos or when the operation of their company is threatened,” said Zdeněk Bínek, responsible for sales of Acronis solutions on the Czech and Slovak markets. “We therefore want to raise awareness of our products, which help minimise the risks of losing important business or personal data. To achieve this, we chose Myr Communication, which has many years of PR experience in the IT security segment and particularly impressed us with its successful campaign for GFI Software.”
In addition to launching communications for Acronis, Myr also resumed PR communications this year for GFI Software, a provider of enterprise network security, with which it has been cooperating since 2009.
