Acronis recognized its best local partners for 2021 at its annual meeting. Acronis awards for the past year went to partners operating in the MSP segment, reflecting the trend of rapidly growing customer demand for SaaS services and partners accelerating their MSP service offerings.
Acronis recognized the following partners for 2021:
- Fastest Growing MSP CZ (Fastest-growing MSP partner in the Czech Republic) – Kinet s.r.o.
- Fastest Growing MSP SK (Fastest-growing MSP partner in Slovakia) – COMTEC s.r.o.
- Best New MSP (Best new MSP partner) – BRITRES s.r.o.
At the annual meeting with resellers at Vinařství U Kapličky, most partners (65%) stated that customer investments in cybersecurity increased last year, particularly in the MSP sector. The main reason was the increase in the number of attacks and the severity of their consequences, with 80% of partners encountering operational outages among their customers in the last 12 months and 61% encountering financial losses.
“We would like to thank our Czech and Slovak partners for their excellent results in 2021, especially in the area of cloud services, which was also reflected in the composition of the award winners,” said Štěpán Bínek, responsible for sales of Acronis cloud solutions at ZEBRA SYSTEMS. “According to many different findings, last year not only did the number of cyberattacks increase, but their consequences also worsened, which is why demand for cloud services is growing, enabling customers to quickly and comprehensively protect themselves against a wide range of threats.”
