Acronis is celebrating the 15th anniversary of its founding in the place where it was established in 2003: Singapore. The celebrations included a gala evening of partner awards, presented to those partners who have contributed the most to Acronis’s position as one of the largest global companies in cyber protection. One of them, the Loyalty Award, was also received by Czech company Zebra systems, an Acronis partner that has been supplying Acronis products to the Czech and Slovak markets for 15 years.
Since its founding in Singapore, Acronis has experienced strong growth as it expanded from a provider of traditional backup to a modern provider of cybersecurity. This Swiss-Singaporean company now operates from 26 offices in 18 countries around the world. It continues to expand its global presence through a network of local service providers, distributors and technology partners such as Google and Microsoft.
The anniversary “Gala and Partner Awards Ceremony” took place at Acronis’s international headquarters in Singapore, which opened four years ago.
At the forefront of the cyber protection revolution
Acronis gained considerable attention with the introduction of a new hybrid cloud architecture for greater flexibility and better data protection, including innovative features that simplify and enhance data protection. Acronis became the first company to integrate AI-based anti-ransomware protection and blockchain data authentication into all of its solutions, making Acronis technologies the most secure backup on the market.
Acronis solutions include five factors of cyber protection – safety, accessibility, privacy, authenticity and protection – while offering easy-to-use, efficient and secure products for customers of any size. The focus on cyber protection has accelerated business growth, especially in the service provider market and the enterprise segment. In the past year alone, for example, Acronis registered 2,000 new service providers, 200% growth in protected devices and 151% year-over-year growth in enterprise customers. Acronis cyber protection technology is now trusted by more than 500,000 companies worldwide, including 79 of the 100 most valuable global brands.
Cyber protection solutions are gaining popularity, for example in motorsports, where they are used by several Formula 1 and Formula E teams as well as teams in other competitions. In other sports, it is worth mentioning the recent partnership with the Arsenal football team, for which the solution provided the most secure backup and an accurate overview of its data.

Presented to the partner that achieved the best market results and demonstrated exceptional effort in promoting and distributing Acronis solutions.
