The new version of the popular enterprise solution includes a completely redesigned user interface based on the responsive HTML5 web standard, easier and more efficient searching of archived items on both desktop and mobile devices, and enhanced reporting.
Mobile device users now have access to the same functionality as when working on standard desktops, which means more accurate filtering and faster retrieval of the required emails, files, calendar entries and fax messages, even for employees outside the office. In addition, the new version makes reporting easier within the advanced MailInsights analytics functionality, which can now be accessed from any device, with the option to send reports directly to a mailbox.

Organizations subject to strict regulations, such as healthcare facilities, can in turn use the archiving solution together with the GFI FaxMaker product to operate in full compliance with requirements for the protection of sensitive personal and healthcare data.
GFI Archiver can also seamlessly work with third-party applications such as Microsoft Outlook, Office 365, Google Apps, and Windows Server email servers, including Hyper-V and VMware platforms.
