GFI Software announced that it acquired Kerio Connect, Kerio Control, Kerio Operator and Kerio Cloud, products of Kerio Technologies. Originally a Czech company, now headquartered in San Jose, it offers unified communications and security solutions to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs). Kerio Technologies products are available through a network of partners in more than 100 countries worldwide.
