Strategic consolidation strengthens partner capabilities and accelerates growth in the US and Canada
PRAGUE, February 26, 2026 – GFI Software, a global leader in AI-powered security and communications solutions for small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs), announced the consolidation of its North American distribution under Zebra Systems LLC, a sister company of Czech-based ZEBRA SYSTEMS s.r.o. Zebra Systems LLC now serves as GFI Software's exclusive distribution partner in the US and Canada.
This move reflects GFI Software's strategy to simplify its go-to-market approach and invest in stronger partner support. Zebra Systems brings deep knowledge of GFI products, a dedicated North American team focused on the GFI business, and a proven track record in sales.
For more than 10 years, Zebra Systems' European division has been GFI's top-performing distributor across all regions. This consistent performance led Eric Vaughan, CEO of GFI Software, to establish a deeper collaboration with Zdeněk Bínek, Director of Zebra Systems, two years ago, culminating in Zebra Systems' expansion into the US market last year.

Resellers working with Zebra Systems will benefit from a unified online portal for streamlined ordering, hands-on technical and sales support from GFI solution specialists, and training programs designed to help partners grow their businesses. Last year, Zebra Systems was recognized by GFI Software as the fastest-growing partner and also received an innovation award.

GFI Software's distribution agreement with distributor Climb Channel Solutions has now ended, and resellers currently working with Climb are encouraged to contact Zebra Systems to ensure continuity of service.
