Artificial intelligence in GFI Software solutions creates room for innovation by allowing users to focus on creative and strategic work instead of routine tasks
PRAGUE, January 26, 2026 – GFI Software, a provider of enterprise communications and security solutions, announced that it has already invested more than $5 million in artificial intelligence (AI) innovation across its products. The investments, aimed at increasing user productivity and delivering value to partners and customers, will continue this year.
The company has decided to integrate AI features into all of its products. Some current AI updates include:
- Eloquens AI, an email communication automation tool, enables personalized responses to incoming emails within 5 minutes, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and in any of more than 160 languages.
- MyPersonas, a tool for generating real-time answers to customer questions, provides expertise available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in the form of video chats with a digital version of any employee.
- GFI AppManager AI, a tool for managing customers and products from a single screen, offers benefits such as natural-language answers and faster issue resolution across different environments. The upcoming RADAR AI (Risk and Anomaly Detection, Alerts, and Response) feature uses machine learning to identify unusual activity and transforms data collection and analysis into actionable insights.
- GFI Kerio Control AI for comprehensive corporate network security offers AI-based threat analysis that collects data from all installations, and an attempted attack on any one of them results in the attacker being blocked across all of them.
- GFI KerioConnect AI, a comprehensive business email solution, secures email and collaboration with AI assistance. It will also soon add practical AI features such as email summaries, reply suggestions, and compliance and security analyses.
- GFI MailEssentials AI for mail filtering includes AI features that enable analysis of regulations that may apply to a company and, based on this, block content that could violate any of them – essentially providing intelligent DLP for outgoing mail.
- GFI Archiver AI, a comprehensive archiving solution, includes AI analysis of all emails in the archive and, in addition to providing an overview of the most common communication patterns, enables compliance assurance just like MailEssentials AI.
“Automation and speed are important, but the true power of artificial intelligence lies in innovation,” said Eric Vaughan, CEO of GFI Software. “AI creates room for employees to focus on high-value, creative, and strategic work by taking over repetitive or cognitively demanding tasks. Investment in AI development and its integration into our products is a key company initiative that will continue intensively this year as well.”
