The multi-tenant solution supports cloud deployment in the SMB segment through enhanced capabilities for more efficient Windows 365 management.

PRAGUE, May 22, 2024 – ZEBRA SYSTEMS, a distributor of N-able solutions on the Czech and Slovak markets, introduces N-able Cloud Commander, a multi-tenant Microsoft Cloud tool that enables managed service providers (MSPs) to manage, secure, standardize, and automate the administration of Microsoft 365 users, Azure resources, and Intune devices from a single console. It also plans to expand Windows 365 management capabilities.

Given the hybrid world around us, businesses need to scale their cloud operations to meet emerging business needs. The Microsoft cloud ecosystem continues to evolve rapidly and remains a key tool for businesses around the world. Cloud Commander is designed to streamline Microsoft cloud management for MSPs and provide them with capabilities such as:

  • More efficient work with Microsoft 365, Intune, and Azure resources from a single dashboard, eliminating the need for MSPs to manage multiple credentials and portals and enabling them to respond more quickly to client requests. Cloud Commander also gives MSPs the ability to set the least required permissions for the team at the client site, increasing the security of their employees and customers.
  • Simpler operations thanks to optimized user and task onboarding/offboarding, including password changes, MFA resets, group/role management, and license changes. Easy and fast configuration of Microsoft Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive for Business, and SharePoint Online settings, along with faster control of all devices, including restart, remote lock, wipe, and reassignment—all from a single dashboard.
  • Report monitoring of Microsoft Secure Score for all clients or a more detailed focus on individual tenants to evaluate security. It standardizes how Intune applies legal requirements and verifies whether security settings such as BitLocker encryption enforcement, secure boot, and Defender comply with regulations. Subscription management also enables MSPs to manage their clients' budgets effectively.

Thanks to a centralized overview, MSPs can increase the efficiency of their Microsoft cloud services, simplify operations for their small and medium-sized business (SMB) customers, and unlock their growth potential.

Cloud Commander delivers value to IT staff by simplifying the management of their Microsoft cloud environment, saving technician time through quick access to virtual machines, devices, and users, and automating routine workflows.

For IT managers, it offers streamlined and automated operations, helping them increase efficiency and reduce overhead costs, enabling them to profitably manage and expand their business in the Microsoft environment. Finally, for customers in the SMB segment, it enhances security while improving their IT infrastructure and operations through a range of features and automated workflows, saving time and money and helping overcome potential challenges.

“We continue to strengthen our relationship with Microsoft and help businesses pave the way to maximizing the power of Microsoft cloud. With Cloud Commander, MSPs can now manage, secure, standardize, and automate Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, and Windows 365 services, all from a single dashboard. Multi-step tasks such as client onboarding and ticketing can now be fully automated, ensuring consistency and efficiency while saving technicians' time,” said Mike Adler, Chief Technology and Product Officer at N-able.

“Working with N-able will improve our shared ability to deliver the benefits of Microsoft cloud to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs),” said Deb Dubrow, Group Product Manager, Windows Cloud Experience Team. “N-able's support for Windows 365 will enable MSPs to provide their customers with access to a familiar, secure, and consistent Windows environment managed alongside other Microsoft services through the Cloud Commander console.”
