The project involves the acquisition of a rooftop photovoltaic system with a battery. The photovoltaic system will be used to generate electricity for the applicant's own electricity consumption. Any surplus will be stored in the battery, from which electricity will subsequently be drawn for the applicant's needs.

The aim of the project is to eliminate the risk of rising electricity prices – through the implementation of the project, the applicant will become more self-sufficient in terms of electricity supply. The outcome of the project is savings in the cost of consumed energy, which will be generated by the photovoltaic power plant and stored in batteries thanks to the project. Achieving these objectives will also result in a positive externality in the form of CO2 savings.

The project is implemented under the Operational Programme Enterprise and Innovation for Competitiveness and is co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund.
