GFI Software has introduced the beta version of its new GFI OneConnect product
GFI OneConnect Beta provides advanced email protection and continuity
PRAGUE, November 21, 2016 – GFI Software, a provider of security solutions for corporate networks, has introduced GFI OneConnect Beta, the beta version of its latest cloud platform for ensuring the security and continuity of corporate email. GFI OneConnect Beta will enable IT administrators to protect corporate infrastructure against spam, viruses, malware threats, and email service outages.
The new solution filters out spam and eliminates virus threats arriving via email communication by using two antivirus engines and advanced spam detection mechanisms. In addition, in the event of an on-premise Exchange Server solution outage, GFI OneConnect can take over the delivery and sending of emails until the issue is resolved, without the loss of important emails or any service interruption. This combination of email security, business continuity, and disaster recovery will provide businesses and IT administrators with significant benefits in the area of email protection.
“Ensuring secure and uninterrupted email operations is among the highest priorities of corporate IT departments,” said Joe Kern, Director of Product Integration at GFI Software. “To achieve this, we leveraged our know-how and experience gained in the development of both on-premise and cloud products and created a hybrid solution that ensures high availability of email services.”
GFI OneConnect Beta is available now; the final version of the solution will be launched in early 2017, including product details and pricing. In the future, the GFI OneConnect platform is also planned to be expanded with additional email services, including corporate email archiving.
A fully functional 30-day trial version of GFI One Connect Beta is available at www.gfi.com/oneconnect.
