Acronis MSP Academy certification training provides valuable knowledge and a competitive advantage in the marketplace
PRAGUE, November 13, 2024 – Acronis, a global leader in cyber protection solutions, said Acronis partners who have been trained and certified through the Acronis Academy offering have seen higher revenue growth from Acronis product sales and fewer IT support requests from customers than partners without certification. The company’s specific findings were based on data on certification training and sales conducted by its partners.
Acronis has offered extensive technology and sales training on Acronis products to service providers for more than a decade through certification training. In response to partner requests to expand its training portfolio beyond product courses, Acronis launched the Acronis MSP Academy in 2023 to support its growing base of MSP providers in their development through specialized MSP training.
What links Acronis revealed between certification and business performance:
- After completing certification training, affected partners saw an average 60% increase in revenue from Acronis product sales
- Partners with three or more Acronis certifications achieved more than double the sales of partners with two or fewer certifications
- Certified partners have also seen an average 40% decrease in the number of incident support tickets
- Trained partners acquire new Advanced Pack Specialized customers 3x faster than partners without training.
