The Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud update takes another step toward making more effective use of artificial intelligence to improve cyber resilience
PRAGUE, 22 October 2026 – Acronis, a global leader in cyber protection solutions, has enhanced its MSP platform Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud with additional features that enable more effective use of artificial intelligence (AI) to secure customer infrastructures. It is also introducing the Anti-Ransomware Recovery Warranty, a guarantee for the recovery of disk, volume and file backups
The ransomware attack warranty is a recovery insurance program designed for partners. Acronis evaluates every recovery point against a set of prescribed conditions and covers with this warranty any recovery point that meets them. These include the use of Acronis Cloud Storage, two-factor authentication, immutable storage in compliance mode and approved backup validation. If a recovery point covered in this way cannot be restored, the warranty covers compensation of up to USD 1 million. The warranty is activated by default for everyone who meets the prescribed conditions.

Cyber Console: a shared environment for management and AI
Cyber Console is a new AI-powered environment that unifies the management of Acronis services in one place. Partners manage clients, devices and policies from a single interface, and Acronis contextual artificial intelligence is available on every page. The console currently runs alongside the original interfaces. MSPs will appreciate managing all Acronis services from one place, simpler operation thanks to a unified interface, and automation thanks to AI agents. Ultimately, IT administrators have to switch between multiple tools less often and can handle more tasks from a single place.
Automatic alert diagnostics and remediation
Acronis is integrating pre-built AI agents into workflows within Cyber Studio, enabling automatic diagnostics and remediation of common types of alerts. Partners activate a diagnostics and remediation workflow with a single setting and can then review every action the agent takes within that workflow, as well as its execution history. The main benefits include a lighter workload for technicians, who save time thanks to automated diagnostics and remediation of common alert types, activation of diagnostics workflows with a single setting, and a complete audit trail of AI agents. This service is currently available in early access.
