About Bud-Net
Bud-Net Internet provider s.r.o. has been providing its services since 2005. Its original intention was to provide the general public with high-quality and, above all, maximally reliable telecommunications services, particularly Internet connectivity. Over time, alongside Internet connectivity, it began offering a fixed-line replacement service, namely VoIP, and the company is now adding other important service components: entertainment – IPTV – as well as IT security, i.e., backup and anti-malware protection.
Solutions offered
The company's primary services include, above all, the provision of reliable Internet connectivity. The vast majority of customers are households and sole traders; however, it is also successful in the B2B segment, providing connectivity for corporate clients with guaranteed service parameters. Bud-Net sees its further development in maintaining an individual approach to customers and expanding its offering of comprehensive services that address all customer requirements in a single package.
An individual approach and perfect service have always been the cornerstone of the company's business. For many customers, fast and responsive service is far more valuable than sophisticated websites or a complex impersonal call center system through which customers can often reach service repair only after tens of hours or days.
However, a necessary prerequisite for continued success in an increasingly competitive market is the comprehensiveness of services – striving to offer customers a service package that meets all their needs. And because, in addition to entertainment, there is an ever-growing need for digital protection, or to be "CyberFit," the company decided to expand its offering with cyber protection services on the Acronis Cyber Protection Cloud platform, supplied on the Czech market by ZEBRA SYSTEMS.

For the service to be successfully launched and used by people, awareness is a key component of the expanded offering: why to back up, why to protect oneself, and how to do so most easily. People and businesses must understand the risks, the cost of someone encrypting all their data, the impact it would have on them, other family members, or business operations, and the available defense options. The new service is therefore also intended to make people aware of real threats, informed about them, and motivated to address these issues before it is too late.

An example of successful cooperation with a specific customer is the company Okrasné školky – Čerbák. Originally, Bud-Net provided the company only with Internet connectivity. As the owners were not satisfied with the delivery, administration, and operation of a new server, they approached Bud-Net, which subsequently designed and implemented a complete infrastructure for running an internal warehouse system, including workstations, an employee attendance system, accounting, label printing, etc. Bud-Net backs up, protects, and manages this entire IT environment using the Cyber Protect Cloud service. The customer is now fully CyberFit and can rely to the maximum on the continuous operation of its IT infrastructure.
