Businesses are looking for tools to streamline corporate communication and avoid missing business opportunities
PRAGUE, October 30, 2025 – GFI Software, a provider of communication, security and management solutions for enterprise networks, stated that, according to its survey among Czech and Slovak partners, a large proportion of employees delay responding to business emails, with 37% replying only the following day. More than half do so due to a heavy workload.
Email is a standard and long-term dominant tool in corporate communication. The volume of business emails increases every year and places ever-greater demands on business users. They must either devote more time to processing incoming emails or respond to some of them with significant delays, or even not at all. This can then result in, for example, project delays, longer processing of business cases, or lost business opportunities.
The most interesting findings from the survey include:
- 16% of respondents said they respond to business emails within 15 minutes, 47% respond within hours, and 37% take more than 1 day.
- 80% of respondents stated that the main reason for the delay is a heavy workload, while 41% also want to think their response through carefully and 27% often forget about the email.
- Responses to an unanswered important email include calling the recipient as soon as possible (25%), waiting until the next day and then sending a reminder (53%), and leaving the response deadline to the recipient (20%).
Businesses and organizations are therefore looking for ways to reduce the time employees spend handling email without missing business opportunities. More and more are interested in automating responses with the support of artificial intelligence (AI), which enables employees to promptly handle simple, routine inquiries such as product information and focus on more complex cases with higher business value requiring human assistance, such as creating business proposals.
“In the past, we encountered a rather cool attitude among partners and customers toward artificial intelligence technology – but that is beginning to change,” said Michal Petrák, Sales Manager at ZEBRA SYSTEMS. “Instead of first seeing the artificial intelligence that will one day take control of us all and take away our jobs, we are beginning to see these tools as something that can save us a lot of time and eliminate a number of routine tasks. And that is exactly how the Eloquens AI solution works.”
Eloquens AI is a tool for automating corporate email communication that eliminates inefficient activities in business email communications. Using advanced AI technology and with human assistance capabilities, Eloquens is changing the way organizations of all sizes and focuses can handle intensive email communication. The solution provides instant, consistent and accurate responses based on a knowledge base – 24 hours a day and in more than 160 languages. It enables the automatic handling of routine inquiries and allows users to focus on more complicated cases and higher-value products.
