However, the positive attitude toward AI often contrasts with the conservative mindset of end customers
PRAGUE, December 17, 2025 – ZEBRA SYSTEMS, the exclusive distributor of communications and security solutions from GFI Software, found in a survey of its partners that two-thirds of them welcome the enhancement of IT products with artificial intelligence features. At the same time, more than 70% of respondents believe that the time invested in learning to work with AI will pay off or save many times more work and time. The survey was conducted among IT resellers and MSP service providers in September this year.
In 2025, artificial intelligence (AI) was probably the most frequently mentioned term, and 2026 is unlikely to be any different. AI affects every industry, and information technology and software solutions are certainly among the areas that feel its impact the most. IT manufacturers and resellers are probably the furthest ahead in applying AI technologies and practices, but they often have to overcome the prejudices and concerns of end customers.
The most interesting findings from the survey:
- 83% of IT partners have a positive attitude toward artificial intelligence, while 13% are neutral or taking a wait-and-see approach. Only 4% do not trust it or have serious issues with it.
- 18% of respondents believe that adding AI features to established products will significantly improve every IT product, 48% believe it will improve most products, and 29% believe it makes sense in some cases but not in others.
- 72% believe that learning to work with AI will pay off or save both work and time.
- For example, a majority (53%) of partners believe that AI can save time by automating responses to most emails. One quarter (26%) cannot yet assess this. One fifth (21%) think that this is probably or definitely not possible.
- Only 5% of respondents believe that AI could cost them their jobs.
“In one of our earlier surveys, 75% of partners told us that their key customers tend to have a conservative attitude toward modern technologies and innovations,” said Marek Prorok, AI and VR solutions specialist at ZEBRA SYSTEMS. “We were therefore pleasantly surprised by the current results, which illustrate a much more optimistic view of innovative technologies. And not only surprised, but also pleased, because we consider AI to be a key catalyst for business development and can already offer effective solutions using AI features, such as those from GFI Software.”
In addition to integrating AI into its traditional cybersecurity solutions, GFI Software offers brand-new products based on artificial intelligence, such as Eloquens AI, an enterprise email communication tool that eliminates routine tasks through intelligent automation of email replies. Or MyPersonas, which allows companies to create digital clones of key employees that can instantly and competently respond to recurring day-to-day requests using all available company information.
